We are Westport, an Axle Assembler and Component Integrator who began operations in Louisville, Kentucky in 1986.

Our core business has always provided Steer Axle Modules for commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, construction vehicles, and the design engineering support of these components. 

Since our inception in North America, Westport has grown and excelled in all of our customer dedicated services.

We have expanded the machining services of I-Beams, Steering Knuckles, and Arms for axles through our Manufacturing Division’s 2 locations (Louisville Ky., Holland Mi.).

Our Logistics Division has grown with 2 new facilities in 2008 that have added to our current locations in (Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and now Virginia) which encompasses Component Assembly, Sequencing, Metering, Sorting, and Transportation just to name a few of our offered services.

Through our continued diversity, Westport has ventured into non-automotive opportunities as well. So whatever your needs may require, allow us to help you find the solution.
